At StarOne7, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
